Who we are

Stackwise is a startup tech company based in Manila, Philippines. We build custom websites, mobile apps, AI agents, and SaaS products for Philippine businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and our social media pages, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Contact form and email. When you send us a message through the contact form on this site, your message opens in your own email app and is sent to hello@stackwise-solutions.com. We receive the name, email address, and project details you choose to include. We do not store this information in a database on this website.

Facebook and Instagram ads. If you interact with our ads or send us a message on Facebook or Instagram, we may receive the information you share there, such as your name, contact details, and your message. If you submit a lead form on Meta, we receive the details you enter in that form. Meta also processes your data under its own privacy policy.

Basic technical data. Our hosting provider may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, which is used for security and to keep the site running. We do not use this to identify you personally.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, deliver services you request, and follow up on conversations you started with us. If you became a lead through one of our ads, we may contact you about the service you inquired about.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing blasts to people who only sent us a one-time inquiry.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers we use to run the business, such as our email provider and website hosting, and only as needed to respond to you and deliver our work. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Retention

We keep inquiry emails and lead details for as long as we need them to handle your request and maintain our business records, then delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the right to be informed about how your data is processed, to access and correct your data, to object to processing, and to ask us to delete data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@stackwise-solutions.com and we will respond as soon as we can.

You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph) if you believe your data privacy rights have been violated.

Children

Our services are for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the date below.
